Objective:
To help individuals develop their character as resourceful and responsible
members of their community by providing opportunities through the game
of soccer for their mental, physical, social and leadership development.
To promote and develop the game of soccer both indoor and outdoor.
Membership:
Membership is open to any person willing to subscribe to the objectives,
rules and programs of the club. Voting members shall be Players/Team
Officials. Non-voting members shall be Families/Youth Players/Volunteers/Supporters/Sponsors.
Fees for both classes of members shall be determined by the membership
at a general meeting of the club.
All voting members shall have one vote.
Board of Directors
A board of directors elected annually shall govern the club.

The directors will be elected at the annual general meeting each
year for a period 1 year.
Meetings:
All members shall receive 5 days of notice of the time and location of all general meetings of the club. 10 voting members shall form a quorum at all general meetings of the club.
Annual General Meeting:
The annual general meeting of the club will be held in December of each year.
Special General Meeting:
A special general meeting of the membership may be called by the board
of directors by its own motion or by the membership of the following
receipt of a written request signed by not less than 2 members.
The special general meeting shall be held within 4 days of receipt of the written request.
All members shall receive 5 days of notice of the time, location and purpose of the special general meeting.
Only the business for which the special general meeting has been called will be dealt with except with the unanimous consent of those present.
Board of Director Meeting:
The board of directors shall meet not less than 4 times per year.
A majority of the members of the board of directors shall form a quorum at all meetings.
Indemnity:
Every officer or member of the board of directors or other servant to
the club shall be indemnified by the club against all costs, losses
and expenses incurred by them respectively in or about the discharge
of their respective duties, except such as happens from their own respective
willful neglects or defaults.
DUTIES OF OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS:
Treasurer:
The treasurer should ensure that full and accurate records are kept of the accounts of the club.
Finance:
The accounts of the club shall be audited annually and the correctness
of the financial statement ascertained by the auditor.
Committees:
The membership at any general meeting, or the board of directors, at
any of its meetings, may establish a standing committee or special committee
to carry out specific business or programs of the club.
Parliament Authority:
All meetings of the club shall be conducted in accordance with Roberts rules of order newly revised except as otherwise stipulated in its Constitution or Rules and Regulations.
Amendments of Bylaws and Rules and Regulations:
These By-Laws may be amended by a 2/3 vote of the membership present and voting at a general meeting of the club.
Changes to the By-Laws shall be submitted to the club in writing no later than10 days prior to general meeting.
Copies of proposed amendments to the By-Laws shall be sent to all members no less than 5 days prior to the general meeting.
Amendments to the Rules and Regulations can be made by a majority vote of the board of directors or the members at a general meeting. If the Rules or Regulations are amended by the board of directors the amendment must be ratified at the next annual general or a special general meeting called for that purpose.
Other Authorities:
The club is subject to the Constitution Bylaws and other Regulations
in declining order of authority of the following bodies to which it
is affiliated to the Ontario Soccer Association.
Dissolution
In the event of dissolution all debts and liabilities shall be paid.
Any remaining assets shall be disposed of and distributed by the board
of directors to the association or to variou charitable organizations
which operate solely in Ontario as the board elects.
Rules and Regulations
PLAYERS:
A player shall register on a registration form provided by the club.
A player shall play for only one team and also may be selected to an
All-Star team established for tournament play or a trial basis.
All members of Bondee FC are required to conduct themselves appropriately
in such a manner as to promote and maintain the reputation of our organization.
TEAMS:
The club will operate representative and recreational teams at all age levels consistent with player registration and competition availability.
Players will be assigned to club teams and All-Star teams at the sole discretion of the club.
MOVEMENT OF PLAYERS:
Movement of players between recreational and representative teams are
allowed and must follow the rules established by the Ontario Soccer
Association.
UNIFORM:
The club colours consist of a red coloured shirt with white trim,
white coloured shorts and red coloured socks with white coloured
trim. The club crest will be emblazoned on the left breast of
the shirt.
Alternate club colours consist of white coloured shirt with black
coloured short and white coloured socks.
Any other marking on the shirt, including sponsors names shall be subservient to the club crest.
Optional colours can be used in the club recreational program.
EQUIPMENT:
The club will provide the following equipment to each player: Shirt, Shorts and Stockings.
In addition to the normal playing uniforms representative players will
be provided with an alternate club coloured shirt. These alternate shirts
will remain in the possession of the coach between games.
All equipment remains the property of the club and may be requested
to be returned at any time.
RECREATIONAL TEAMS:
The Director of House League is delegated the responsibility of determining
the players allocated to each recreational team. The director will attempt
to balance team strength and has the option to switch players up to
and including the second game of the league schedule.
A minimum of 5 games is guaranteed for each team.
In the event a game is canceled attempts will be made to reschedule that game. The club however, retains the right to not play the game and in that event will consider the game tied.

**Each player shall play a minimum of 50% of the game.
DISCIPLINE:
Players and team officials discipline for game infractions will be handled
in accordance with the procedures published by the Ontario Soccer Association.
Any member who consistently infringes the By-Laws and Rules of the club
or brings the club into disrepute may be reprimanded, suspended or expelled
from the club after a hearing by the board at which the member may attend
at the members discretion.
COACHES:
Representative team coaches will be appointed by the Director of Representative
Teams.
Representative coaches must apply in writing on a form provided by the
club to coach within the club.
Representative coaches must have a (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and Class
C) coaches certification to be considered for appointment to a representative
team.
Recreational team coaches must be willing to take coaching courses offered
from time to time.
Coaches are responsible for good training practices of the team, maintaining
the appropriate level of fitness of the players and for the conduct
of the players.
Ensuring the well-being and conduct of the players.
Ensuring that all players are aware of scheduled games and travel arrangements.
Ensuring that all players are equipped properly.
Ensuring that the sponsor is aware of the teams progress and accomplishments.
DISPUTES:
Any member may request the board of directors to settle a dispute by
submitting in writing to the board the nature of the dispute and to
request a hearing of all concerned.
The hearing will be heard by the Board within 5 days from receipt of
the request.
Any member may request a special general meeting in accordance with
the Bylaws of the club to settle a dispute.
OBLIGATIONS OF MEMBERS:
Members are required to abide by the By-Laws and Rules of the club.
From time to time special events are held requiring additional volunteers.
All members are encouraged to help in these situations to ensure the
success of the special event.
OBLIGATION OF THE CLUB:
To ensure that all members are aware of and in compliance with the Constitution,
Rules and Procedures of the Ontario Soccer Association.
